
Summer at Park Registration Information
NEW Registration Process
In all programs, enrollment is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. *Returning family* camper applications will be processed first, through December 18, 2009. New family camper applications will also be accepted any time before then and will be processed in order of receipt starting on December 18, 2009.
Registration packets are only complete with the following included: 1. Non-refundable deposit -- $100 per two-week session (or $50 per one-week session), 2. Completed application (one per child), 3. Completed health history form, 4. Copy of child's most recent physical exam and immunization record.
Checks should be made out to Summer at Park and mailed with the required registration forms to 171 Goddard Avenue, Brookline, MA 02445. Camp tuition must be paid in full no later than April 1, 2010. Additional programs (including bus transportation and extended day) may be added after April 1 pending availability. Payment in full and a request in writing are due at least a week prior to the start date of the additional programming. This applies to all summer registration. In addition, please note that all program/schedule CHANGES must be in writing and finalized on or before July 1, 2010.
The tuition for all programs includes supplemental accident insurance, field-trip admissions (and related transportation costs) when applicable, instructional materials, snacks and beverages, and a camp T-shirt (one per child).
2010 Summer Discounts:
- Bring a new camp family to Summer at Park and receive a 5% discount off of your entire family's tuition.
- When two or more of your children spend six weeks with us this summer, your first child pays full price and each additional sibling receives a 5% discount.
- A single camper who spends the full 8 weeks with us will receive a 5% discount.
**New families must be officially enrolled and attend Summer at Park for a minimum of 2 weeks for the 5% discount to be valid; extended day and bus not included in these discounts; these offers cannot be combined.
