The 2010 summer season is jam-packed with fun, excitement, learning and laughter! Our program line-up of 27 offerings includes 7 new programs, new swim lesson additions, soap box races, clubhouse building and more!

Soccer Doctor

Group A - This half-day program is ideal for 5- and 6-year-olds. Soccer is a great sport for this age group as children learn to work as individuals and team members. The real "goal" of this program is for the campers to have FUN while learning soccer skills. Our staff consists of patient instructors that are concerned with each camper's total development. This program is offered all three weeks.

Group B - Boys and girls of all abilities, ages 7-14, may take advantage of any of the three Soccer Doctor sessions offered this summer. Our staff's philosophy embraces the development of a complete soccer player, and to that end, the instructors' objectives are to develop skills, stress the team concept, and to have FUN! Included in the daily routine are skill stations, grid games, and scrimmages. Snack is provided in the morning, and a recreational swim in Park's heated, outdoor pool is offered in the afternoon (for full-day participants.)

NEW! Group C (Pre-season "Brazilian Style" soccer training) - This new program of high level soccer techniques and tactics is being offered during the August 9 - 13 session. The directors carefully designed an international style model that will advance skills and team-play thus giving campers a "heads up" on their fall season. This pre-season training is specifically designed for the serious soccer player that is preparing for the upcoming travel, club, or high school soccer season.

Note: Although the above groups are scheduled for some of the same weeks, group A, B and C campers do not compete against each other.

This program includes a recreational swim in Park's outdoor, heated pool.
