Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives at Park are grounded in our belief that students learn most effectively when they feel a deep sense of belonging, when they feel safe, known, and respected in their environment, and when they learn from the differences in backgrounds and perspectives shared within their learning community as curious critical thinkers.

Our DEIB efforts touch every constituency at Park. While centering on the needs of our students, the work extends beyond the classroom with expanded learning opportunities, including events, speakers, and affinity spaces, for faculty and staff as well as for families, creating a shared experience around DEIB for the entire community. We welcome and celebrate a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, remaining flexible to support the community’s emerging needs.
