Healthy & Inclusive Dining

Lunch is included in tuition for students in Grades 1-8, who gather for lunch in the dining room. Rotating table assignments bring different groups together to expand community connections. PreK and Kindergarten students bring their own lunches and eat with classmates in their classrooms or common spaces. 

Park prioritizes healthy, fresh food, with options that support a diversity of dietary needs. The menu changes daily, with multiple choices at the hot bar, salad bar, sandwich bar, and rotating soup of the day. Everything is prepared on-site by our in-house culinary team. We strive to use locally made ingredients and support local growers when in season, as well as from Park’s own Outdoor Learning Garden.

 

Safe & Nut-Free

The Park community is committed to creating an environment of safe and equal opportunity for the whole community. Entrees and snacks are posted online up to a month in advance for parents/guardians and students. The culinary team gets to know students and their diets, offering healthy options for everyone, with means for those who are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten- or dairy-free. Park is a nut-free institution for students. Our dining service team works closely with the health office to support the needs of students with food allergies.
